Reliable Chevrolet in Springfield, Missouri is seeking to fill a full-time custodial position in the Maintenance Department

The Custodial Position ensures that the overall functions of the building premises are in good, clean, and safe operational order. The position is responsible for minor repairs and cleaning. Schedule will vary at times depending on need / situation.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

• Maintain clean and safe environment for customers and employees
• Inspect the interior and exterior of all buildings on the premises for wear or damages that require repair or equipment replacement
• Make minor repairs and record specific repair requests from management
• Replace defective or worn items (for example- light bulbs)
• Landscape and mowing
• Snow / ice removal from parking lots and premises
• Cleaning of the dealership premises including collecting trash, cleaning windows/floors and cleaning restrooms
• Painting
• Knowledge / understanding of federal, state and local regulations that effect building operations such as OSHA etc...
• Other duties as assigned
• Must have cellphone
• Must have valid driver's license
• Background checks and drug screen required
