Automotive Dealership is looking for Experienced New Vehicle Sales Manager that can help build our winning team!!

This will be a great opportunity for someone who is looking to further their career in automotive industry. (Must have automotive sales management experience)


Job Description:

Drive volume and market share growth through traffic management excellence.

Deliver exceptional customer experience and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Hire, train, mentor, counsel, and monitor the performances of all sales employees.

Forecast goals and objectives for the sales team.

We are an appointment driven store so applicant must be comfortable with making phone calls and taking inbound calls to set appointments.

Identify and merchandise old age units daily.

Promote communication and teamwork with all other departments.

Direct and schedule the activities of all teams employees.

Communicate and enforce dealership policies and procedures.

Guide sales staff in setting their objectives

Provide support to sales staff in order to close deals.


Required Skills:

Must be comfortable managing people and be able to lead by example

Required to understand and keep abreast of the federal, state, and local regulations that affect their operations, and comply with these regulations.

Must have strong communication skills to communicate with customers, employees, and vendors.

Must be able to work extended hours, evenings, holidays, and weekends.

Must have strong phone etiquette and be a skilled appointment setter

Must demonstrate the ability to read, write, and communicate.



Valid driver's license.

Clean driving and background record.

Must be able to pass a drug test
